International Coaching Week pro-bono coaching opportunity for ReciproCoaches

Posted on: 08 May 2020

As you may know, this week, International Coaching Week, has been “an annual celebration of the power and impact of professional coaching”.

Already demonstrating the power and impact of coaching on climate change, our first Climate Coaching Peer Coaching Round is now drawing to a close with participants acknowledging unexpected outcomes striking deep and subtle chords of change within our outer and inner climates.

So, to support the expansion of the ReciproCoach Climate Coaching initiative beyond our first pilot round, and to support the intentions of International Coaching Week, I would like to announce ReciproCoach’s first pro-bono coaching opportunity:

Climate Champions Pro-Bono Coaching

Suitable for approved coaches with more than 100 hours of client coaching experience, as a coach in the Climate Champions Pro-Bono Coaching Round, you will be assigned a pro-bono coaching client for 6 x 45min sessions. Your client will be someone who we consider to be a Climate Champion – someone who is working to sustain our planet and who therefore deserves to have someone voluntarily supporting them in their personal and professional climate crusade.

When you go to register, you might be surprised to discover that even though this is a pro-bono coaching round, you will still be asked to pay a small registration fee. This is our assurance that you have thought through your commitment and we will use your registration fees to coordinate your assignment of a Climate Champion pro-bono client and support the development of ReciproCoach Climate Coaching project.

If you’re keen to do some pro-bono coaching that will support someone who is supporting us as a Climate Champion, be sure to register before the end of May. We will then identify a Climate Champion for you to begin coaching in July to complete your six sessions by the end of September.
