What is your coaching practice – pure or blended?

Posted on: 21 Feb 2019

There are many ways to coach and many contexts in which coaching can take place. The reality is that “although there is no one definition of coaching in business, there is a common understanding” (Passmore, 2010, cited in Smith, 2017, p. 65).

This issue of Coaching Research in Practice reviews some recent research on the effectiveness of pure and blended coaching.
