Mindfulness has long been recognized as essential for coaches and coaching. Anecdotal benefits include increased self-awareness, heightened presence and improved self-regulation.

In recent years, the body of research around mindfulness and coaching has grown, and this month’s issue of Coaching Research in Practice reflects on one such study and considers the impact of mindfulness training on coaches.
