This Month’s Featured Event:
Laser-Focused Coach Training Round (2021/2.1)
Learn how to laser-focus your coaching to get right to the heart of the matter – every time. Thanks to our collaboration with Marion Franklin, long-standing MCC, author, trainer and mentor, this Laser-Focused Coach Training Round will short-cut and accelerate your application of her book, The HeART of Laser-Focused Coaching (buy separately here – not included in this peer coaching round). If you’ve ever bought a book, read some of it, applied even less of it, and put it on the shelf to gather dust, this peer coaching round will ensure you make the most of The HeART of Laser-Focused Coaching. It will laser your attention in on the most impactful sections of the book, and, together with six 30 minute sessions with your coach and client respectively, as well as structured debriefing and reflection on each experience, you’ll get more than 6 solid hours of applying Laser-Focused Coaching in a safe peer coaching environment, before you try it in your wider coaching practice. For more information about this round and what it includes, click here. Register by February 14.
