How can coaching help executives handle workplace conflict?

Posted on: 19 Mar 2020

Workplace conflict is a topic frequently brought to coaching sessions and significantly affects clients’ wellbeing and productivity. This issue of Coaching Research in Practice reports on a study that offers a 3-step conflict coaching model, and evaluates its usefulness to executives experiencing workplace conflict. It provides three lenses through which to explore and address workplace conflict and offers significant insight into handling it (rather than avoiding it).
