Looking back on 2024, moving forward to 2025

As 2024 draws to a close, we would like to take a moment to thank the entire ReciproCoach community. Your participation, collaboration, and willingness to learn have brought about so much professional and personal growth. With 3000+ peer coaching relationships, 150+ individual mentoring relationships, 1000+ group mentoring participants, and almost 100 supervisees, we have raised the bar for coaches and coaching across the globe.

The ReciproCoach coordination team now needs a well-deserved rest, so we will operate on a limited service schedule from December 23 through January 1. The ReciproCoach website will remain available for you to register for upcoming coaching rounds in 2025, update your progress on active rounds, and leave feedback for completed relationships. We’ll pause personal responses to emails after December 20 and will be back to assist you starting Thursday, January 2 (US ET).

As we look ahead to 2025, we invite you to kick off the New Year with more learning and growth. Registration is already open for rounds running through to June 2025. Each month, you’ll find opportunities for experienced coach and student/new coach peer coaching, ACC, PCC, and MCC group mentoring sessions, and casual group supervision sessions. In alternate months, there will also be business coaching opportunities and recorded session rounds. On top of this, we aim to amplify your growth by combining the power of peer coaching with expert training and knowledge.

Looking back with gratitude at the collective learning from 2024, we remain committed to moving forward in 2025, providing you with opportunities to develop yourself, your coaching skills, your business, and your network of coaching colleagues and friends.
