Two parts of the equation in every successful coaching business

Simply put, there are two parts of the equation in every successful coaching business:

winning clients + keeping clients = business success

Every successful coaching business has a clear strategy for winning clients. Equally important, every successful, longstanding coaching business also has a strategy for keeping their clients until they’re fully complete (then ideally replacing themselves with multiple referrals).

Yet while it sounds simple, it is not always easy. In fact, so many coaches find it such a challenge to implement these two simple strategies that the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M) published a book on the topic: How To Win And Keep Clients: 7 Proven Success Strategies To Grow Your Business.

In 2020, ReciproCoach first teamed up with the IAPC&M to support ReciproCoaches through a How to Win and Keep Clients Peer Coaching Round. The first participant cohort found it so valuable that we offered the round again in 2021 (read both years’ testimonials here), and as a result of similar powerful participant outcomes, we are offering it again for a third year running.

The book (to be purchased separately via Amazon, not included in this standard round) includes seven easy-to-read chapters from the perspective of seven different authors, which will see you implementing a variety of strategies for winning and keeping more clients. Combine that with a coach to ensure you apply the learning and integrate the processes into your business systems, as well as a client to coach through the same process, and you will get 14 sessions of really active business development. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to extend your learning and results through supplementary videos from live conversations with the authors, hosted by the IAPC&M.

Whether you are new to coaching or have been around for years, if you are yet to implement business strategies for consistently winning and keeping/replacing clients, then I encourage you to consider joining this year’s How to Win and Keep Clients Peer Coaching Round. As a standard ReciproCoach Peer Coaching Round, you may use eligible membership credits to register. You can find more information about the round here. Alternatively, if this already sounds like just what you need, then register here before Sunday, October 23.

(Registrations close Sunday, October 23)

Too often, too many coaches buy a business book, read some of it, apply even less of it, and put it on the shelf to gather dust. Worse still, some coaches never even do any business training at all. By combining this business book with a peer coaching round, and easy access to video conversations with the authors, we aim to give ReciproCoaches an easy opportunity to do some business training that they will actually use and see the results of.
