Want to contribute to the ReciproCoach community and get a reciprocal membership?

Posted on: 14 Feb 2019

Each year, we give ReciproCoaches an opportunity to get more involved in the ReciproCoach community through our Reciprocal Membership Program.

Through the ReciproCoach Reciprocal Membership Program, members can make a contribution to the ReciproCoach community and, as a thanks for your work, we’ll give you your choice of any ReciproCoach membership.

In its third year running, this program moves us closer to our vision of having a community for coaches that is run by coaches. It also creates more activity in the ReciproCoach community and extends our reach ever further into the coaching world.

We are now updating our list of potential reciprocal contributors and are putting out a call for more/renewed expressions of interest for reciprocal contributions in 2019. Please note that we will be deleting previous expressions of interest, so if you didn’t contribute last year (or would like to contribute again), we need to hear from you now to be on the 2019 list.

We are currently looking for contributors to start immediately in the following roles:

  • Social media planners: Receive a free ReciproCoach membership of your choice, in return for planning 6 weeks of our ReciproCoach social media schedule (approximate 6hr commitment in total, which may be completed in advance). In the process, you will learn more about coaching and also learn effective social media strategies for Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest. All resources, support and social media sources provided. For this role, you must be an approved ReciproCoach, with a complete profile and preferably to have particpated. You must also be a native English speaker with good written communication skills. No social media experience is required as full instructions are provided.
  • LinkedIn moderator and engager/agitators: Receive a free ReciproCoach membership of your choice, in return for moderating, engaging and agitating our LinkedIn discussion group for 6 weeks (approximate 6hr commitment in total, which must be completed over 6 weeks). In the process, you will learn more about coaches, coaching issues and also about engaging audiences through LinkedIn. Resources and support are provided to guide you in creating enriching discussions. For this role, you must be an approved ReciproCoach, with a complete profile and preferably to have particpated. You must also be a native English speaker, experienced coach and have excellent written communication skills.
You may also be interested in following roles, which we may have need for in the second half of 2019:

  • Proof readers and editors: Receive a free ReciproCoach membership of your choice, in return for proof reading up to 5000 words of website content, emails and articles  (approximate 6hr commitment in total). You will learn more about coaching, business and ReciproCoach. For this role, you must be a native English speaker and have excellent written communication skills.
  • Website testers: Receive a free ReciproCoach membership of your choice, in return for testing our website (approximate 6hr commitment in total). We need both new and experienced ReciproCoaches for testing. You don’t need any particular skills for this role, and in fact, in some cases, the worse your computer skills are the better. Please indicate your IT skills on application.
If you would like to contribute to the ReciproCoach community, learn something new in the process and get a free ReciproCoach membership of your choice as a thanks for your contribution, simply reply to this email indicating which role/s you are interested in, any experience/skills that might be relevant to the role/s and approximately when would be the most suitable time in tin 2019 to make your contribution.

The above roles are needed throughout the course of the year and we will agree on a mutually suitable time for you to make your contribution. Your reciprocal membership will be granted after your contribution is complete.

If you contributed last year, and we think you did a good job, we will keep you on our list and offer your another opportunity to contribute in the same way.

We look forward to seeing even more co-creation in our ReciproCoach community!
