Do coaches set New Year’s resolutions?

Posted on: 04 Jan 2018

New Year’s resolutions are a terrific marketing tool for coaches, but whether coaches feel the need to set New Year’s resolutions themselves is another question.

One could easily think that with the tools we as coaches have, our personal and professional lives ought to be so ship-shape that there’d be nothing left to resolve at New Year – but I wonder whether this is true.

What do you think?

As a coach, do you still set New Year’s resolutions?

Answer this question at our online poll and once you’ve submitted your answer, each time you revisit our online poll, you’ll see the updated results of our survey.

Whether or not you still set New Year’s resolutions, engaging a coach is the best way to ensure 2018 becomes the year you would like it to be.
